  • Replaced a closed vendor backend with our own Rust services, migrating module by module alongside the vendor system.

  • Set the shipping model for offline and air-gapped sites: installable Linux packages for operator machines and servers, one codebase for several partner brands, a partner-facing API instead of one-off integrations.

  • Took a second product line from customer requirements to field trials in five months with a small, AI agent-powered engineering team.

  • Introduced agent-first engineering across the company: coding agents take tasks from the tracker, open pull requests, pass automated review and tests, and ship through release pipelines; the whole development team works through the same skills, MCP servers and decision records.

  • iZetta: designed the architecture (React, Python/FastAPI and PostgreSQL on Azure, Chatwoot for messaging channels, calendar and email integrations, OpenAI-based RAG over customer knowledge bases) and took the MVP to a paying client.

  • iZetta: built and led the technical team (one full-stack developer and a designer); owned process integration and the AI pipelines; established a zero-downtime deployment pipeline.

  • iZetta: shipped a customer portal, human handoff to sales staff, and conversation-quality scoring with an LLM judge.

  • Transleta.ai: sole engineer of the product; trained a YOLO layout model for text, stamps and images in scanned documents on a self-labeled dataset of about 1,000 documents.

  • Transleta.ai: designed LLM pipelines for context-aware document translation from low-resource languages, with configurable per-customer translation rules.

  • Transleta.ai: implemented BERTScore evaluation against human reference translations and DSPy optimization for cost and accuracy.
